Meet the founder

A passionate creative and mum of three children.

I have 25+ years experience in art and design and am all about creative thinking and solving problems differently. I have a degree in Design Futures and my training and expertise has resulted in a vision to inspire the next generation of artists, designers, engineers and creative thinkers. I am also passionate advocate of fine art opening our eyes to the beauty around us, raising our cultural awareness.

I have seen the benefit of art in my own children's development, and my own mental health and see the value that "making" brings to a person's wellbeing.

Art Table was birthed when I had a dream of people popping over to my house, sitting around my table and making art together. People of all ages, making, chatting and sharing food and stories - its the community benefit of art!

That's how it started. Now we run after school workshops in schools across Salford and Manchester and art workshops for children, teens and adults in our studio on Roe Green.

If you can dream it, you can do it.
