Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
- No Refunds for Missed Sessions: We are unable to offer refunds or credits for sessions you miss due to your personal circumstances.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: Deposits and full payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
- Cancellation by Us: If a class or course is cancelled because it doesn't meet minimum enrolment numbers, you will receive a full refund.
- Unexpected Cancellations: If we have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances like tutor illness or severe weather, we will offer you a make-up session or a full refund for the missed class.
Liability and Media Release
- Limitation of Liability: Art Table and its staff are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your property that occurs during a class.
- Photography and Marketing: We may take photos or videos during classes for our marketing and promotional use. If you do not want to be included in these materials, you must notify us in writing. Please keep us updated on any changes to your preference.
Booking Confirmation
- Booking Confirmation: Your spot is not guaranteed until we have received your payment. Class spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.
